Religion robbed me

It robbed me of my joy, my hope, and nearly my life

I learned that the freedom I truly desired wasn’t an item to be bought

A trophy to be won 

Or a wage to be earned 

This freedom had always been a free and undeserved gift of grace from the Father

This is the story of how the Father saved me from death, delivered me from darkness, and brought me into grace
