God has rewritten my story

    Whether it is through songwriting, worship leading, producing, or authoring, Jonathan believes in the power of creativity. The heartbeat of his ministry is to see people restored and delivered through Holy Spirit inspired creative expression and testimony.

     Jonathan has always been apt to create with anything his hands could find, but most of his creative expression naturally found its outlet in music. He was raised in a musical family, and started singing in church as a child, crafting songs at age 5, and playing classical piano at age 7. He has picked up a few other instruments and passions along the way, and spends time just about every day learning new things.

     Jonathan graduated from Lee University with a B.M. in Music and Worship. He is currently a staff songwriter for Daywind Music Publishing in Nashville, TN, where he has had the opportunity to write with some of the most prolific writers in the Christian music industry. Jonathan has been leading worship in many different facets for years and has served as a worship leader at North Cleveland Church of God, the oldest operating pentecostal church in the world. He currently serves as worship pastor at Life Church in Windber, Pennsylvania.

      Jonathan’s music is raw and authentic; unafraid to delve into the ugly parts of his story. His lyrics and melodies reach into your darkness with the love and joy of the Father. His music isn’t content in one genre. It blends and bends musical genres into an eclectic, yet unified song, proving that the future of worship music has many sounds. Jonathan has a passion for sharing his testimony with those who are hurting. He believes in the healing grace that comes through vulnerability and isn’t afraid to invite others into his story. Through the arts of songwriting and storytelling, Jonathan wants to welcome you to a fresh revelation of the Father – the One who can rewrite your story…no matter how dark or ugly.
